This terms of service applies to our Apps - Everyday Mental Health by Wysa mobile App (“Waitlist App”) and Digital Referral Assistant application (“e-triage web widget”). The main Terms of Service and this child-friendly version are a legal agreement between you and us (“Wysa”).If you are under the age of 16, you have read the main Terms of Service with your parents or legal guardian and agree to it.

With the apps, you can chat with an artificial intelligence (AI) coach to get access to tools and techniques to help manage your emotions and support your mental and behavioural health and well-being.
Intended Use of Our Apps
Waitlist App: Intended for self-help and self-monitoring of your mental health and wellbeing.
E-triage web widget: Intended to gather and transfer your information with your Institution and/or their service providers for referral, appointment and care purposes.

Who can Use our app
Wysa Account
Where required to create a Wysa account, you will need to provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
